Lisa, Owner, and Jill, Closing Specialist, have years of combined experience working in the Mortgage, Title and Real Estate Industry. All are Licensed Mortgage Closers, Notaries for the State of Indiana, and Licensed Title Insurance Agents.

Mad Anthony Title Company provides services for both sellers and buyers, as well as lenders, brokers, real estate agents and investors.

Our Employees

Lisa, Owner Lisa has worked in the mortgage industry for the past eight years. In January, 2007 she founded Mad Anthony Title Company, which provides title and closing services for many local lenders.

Jill, Closing Specialist Jill has been in the mortgage industry for four years. She is employed by Mad Anthony, preparing all title documents and serving as primary remote and in-house closer.

Jill, Policy Specialist Jill prepares Loan Policies for Lenders and Owners Policies for Owners, and makes sure they are prepared in a timely manner for our clients on a monthly basis.
